About the role

  • Responsible for the learning success and motivation of participants.
  • Support learners in a flipped-classroom model.
  • Promote active engagement with learning content and its practical application.
  • Encourage the group to share and discuss what they have learned.
  • Supervise individual assignments within project work and evaluate the project deliverables.
  • Support the (further) development of the product.
  • Deliver training from a home office (remote).

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in product management (2+ years).
  • Solid practical experience in product management, with analogue and/or digital products as well as AI-enabled applications.
  • Degree or training in business, technology, innovation, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira.
  • Strong product management experience and hands-on use of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma) across the full product lifecycle.
  • Confident in working with hypotheses, experiments, and innovation processes.
  • Knowledge of business cases, portfolio management, go-to-market strategies, and KPI-based performance measurement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, experience in lateral leadership, and working with product and project teams.
  • Data-driven approach using KPIs, experiments, and basic analyses.
