About the role

  • Teach engaging topics in Data Science and Data Analytics.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops covering topics such as Python, SQL, Pandas, Tableau, and Machine Learning.
  • Guide and support students through projects and assignments.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to refine and improve teaching materials.
  • Provide feedback, mentorship, and motivation to students.
  • Participate in student evaluations, final project mentoring, and classroom events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of practical or instructional experience in Data Science or Data Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with SQL.
  • Extensive experience with Python for data analysis (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib & Seaborn) and Machine Learning (Scikit-Learn, Keras, LangChain).
  • Empathetic toward students’ needs.
  • Demonstrates patience as a core strength.
  • A passion for sharing knowledge and experience with students and the team.
  • Highly proficient in English and German, both spoken and written (C1+).
  • Ideally some experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Able to design and run A/B tests and familiar with concepts of statistical inference.
  • Solid knowledge of adult education practices and the tech industry.
