About the role

  • Develop and enhance TYPO3 projects as a fullstack solution (Extbase/Fluid & frontend components).
  • Design custom extensions and integrate external interfaces (APIs, import/export).
  • Implement modern, accessible, and responsive user interfaces based on technical specifications and designs.
  • Maintain and optimize existing systems, including refactoring, performance tuning, and debugging across the entire stack.
  • Take responsibility for deployment processes.
  • Ensure code quality through tests (PHPUnit, Cypress), code reviews, and documentation.
  • Technically design new features in close collaboration with the team.

Requirements

  • You reside in Germany or Austria and have very good German language skills (at least C1).
  • Several years of experience in TYPO3 development as a fullstack developer.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP as well as Extbase and Fluid.
  • Confident working knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB.
  • Familiar with Git-based workflows, ideally GitLab.
  • Experience with deployment processes and local development environments.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, SCSS/CSS and fundamental JavaScript technologies.
  • Experience using Bootstrap to implement responsive frontends.
  • Familiar with testing frameworks such as PHPUnit and ideally Cypress.
  • Strong understanding of performance, code quality and clean software architecture.
  • Team player with initiative and a strong commitment to quality.
