About the role
- Proactively acquire new corporate clients
- Persuade HR decision-makers, executives and HR managers
- Build sustainable business partnerships
- Maintain trusted relationships with public funding authorities
- Execute sales campaigns for target industries and regions
- Manage a regional customer territory
- Freedom to define your own cross-regional industry focus
- Participate in trade fairs, association meetings and conferences
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a relevant degree
- At least 5 years' experience in customer relationship management
- Ideally experience in telephone sales or online sales
- Preferably experience in the continuing education/training sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident when dealing with funding bodies, companies and colleagues
- Independent, structured, highly motivated and self-directed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
