About the role

  • Proactively acquire new corporate clients
  • Persuade HR decision-makers, executives and HR managers

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a relevant degree
  • At least 5 years' experience in customer relationship management
  • Ideally experience in telephone sales or online sales
  • Preferably experience in the continuing education/training sector
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident when dealing with funding bodies, companies and colleagues
  • Independent, structured, highly motivated and self-directed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel
