About the role
- Own and execute the global sales strategy, accountable for company revenue and growth targets across SaaS subscription and professional services offerings.
- Lead, develop, and scale a globally distributed sales organization, with teams across North America and EMEA (and future international regions).
- Drive alignment and consistency across regions, transforming regionally siloed teams into a unified global operating model.
- Build scalable sales processes for lead generation, opportunity management, forecasting, and deal execution across multiple revenue models.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Professional Services to align GTM execution, pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy.
- Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance reporting across regions and segments.
- Monitor key performance metrics and continuously refine strategy to improve win rates, deal velocity, and sales efficiency.
- Hire, coach, and develop sales leaders and account executives, establishing strong onboarding, enablement, and performance management programs.
- Drive consistent GTM execution while incorporating regional market nuances and enterprise sales complexity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in senior sales leadership roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven experience owning and scaling revenue across both SaaS subscription and professional services models.
- Demonstrated success leading and growing global sales teams, including teams across North America and EMEA.
- Track record of transforming or scaling international revenue organizations in high-growth or change-driven environments.
- Deep understanding of complex B2B and enterprise sales cycles and methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
- High AI-EQ acumen
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
