About the role
- Build and scale a professional services organization that combines technical services, sales engineering support, and managed/professional service delivery.
- Develop a modern services model that increases efficiency, accelerates customer outcomes, and reduces manual operational workload.
- Transform services into a profit-center function by designing repeatable, packaged, and value-driven offerings.
- Create and evolve service methodologies, delivery frameworks, and best practices across professional services.
- Drive operational maturity in forecasting, resourcing, utilization management, project governance, and tool adoption.
- Serve as a connective leader between Product, Engineering, CX, Support, Sales, and Operations to remove friction and accelerate customer value.
- Provide structured feedback loops that inform roadmap decisions, product enhancements, and process improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years leading technical and non-technical teams in a customer-facing environment
- 3+ years leading Professional Services at a SaaS company
- Proven success implementing scalable delivery methodologies and operational frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to transform services into efficient, standardized, measurable delivery programs
- Strong consulting background with matrixed cross-functional leadership
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
