About the role
- Assist the Fund Operations team in the management of ongoing oversight of fund reporting
- Validate NAVs produced by Fund Administrators
- Review individual asset valuations for compliance
- Manage Fund Budget creation and supervision of costs
- Analyze total expense ratios and invoicing process
- Collaborate with service providers to monitor service levels
- Support annual and semi-annual audit processes
- Process LEI and ISIN requests for funds
- Investigate operational incidents for satisfactory resolution
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with internal teams to evaluate financial and operational risks
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes
- Actively participate in meetings and assist colleagues with projects
Requirements
- A degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy
- Min 1-2 years’ experience within a Fund administration or similar operational environment
- Strong networking skills and adept at building relationships
- Knowledge of NAV production and/or financial reporting (desirable)
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Strong MS Office and Analytic Skills; mid-level information management software experience required
