About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform daily operational activities related to People Team shared services, including HR administration, case management, team member and leader support, data maintenance, and operational processes
  • Coordinate and administer Shared Services programs, vendors, invoices, records, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Respond to internal inquiries and requests, providing information and escalating complex issues
  • Analyze operational data, service trends, and recurring issues to identify process improvement, automation, self-service, and support opportunities
  • Develop, govern, and continuously improve SOPs, knowledge resources, and documentation standards
  • Partner across the People Team to improve team member and leader experiences, especially key Moments that Matter
  • Maintain accurate and accessible records, documentation, knowledge resources, and operational content
  • Collaborate across People Team functions and business stakeholders to support seamless service delivery and cross-functional processes
  • Participate in implementation, testing, adoption, and improvement of systems, AI-enabled tools, automations, processes, and enhancements
  • Provide operational support for benefits administration, open enrollment readiness, immigration, contractor administration, compliance processes, and vendor-supported services
  • Provide backup support for payroll administration, procedures, testing, and continuity planning
  • Support Team Member Experience initiatives including recognition, philanthropy, culture activities, surveys, communications, and engagement efforts
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in shared services, operations, HR, customer support, project coordination, or continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
  • Ability to leverage technology, AI, and automation tools to improve effectiveness and scalability
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to identify operational improvement, innovation, and scalable solution opportunities
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
