Improve the technical performance and structure of our HubSpot and Webflow sites to strengthen organic visibility and site health.
Optimize site speed, code, and crawlability while addressing key issues flagged in SEMrush audits (ex: unminified CSS, low text-to-HTML ratio, and slow load times).
Maintain our SEMrush account and establish biweekly AEO/GEO/SEO performance reports to track and share technical KPIs, such as Core Web Vitals, crawl errors, and index coverage.
Provide guidance on backlink monitoring and disavow support.
Establish a process for tracking LLM-driven referral traffic.
Implement or update structured data (ex: schema markup, llms.txt, metadata) to improve how pages are indexed and understood by search and AI systems.
Identify and execute technical improvements to templates, internal linking, and page structure for better discoverability and accessibility.
Assist with Google Tag Manager tagging consistency across Webflow and HubSpot as needed.
Stay up to date on best practices for SEO, AEO, and GEO, and make proactive recommendations based on evolving standards. Create documentation as necessary.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in cutting-edge technical organic search optimization, with a focus on hands-on technical improvements and site performance.
Skilled in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for troubleshooting and optimizing page structure.
Experience working within HubSpot and Webflow, including editing templates and managing site configurations.
Experienced in SEMrush for site monitoring, technical auditing, and performance reporting.
Understanding of schema markup, structured data, and evolving standards for SEO, AEO, and GEO.
Able to work independently and implement technical changes without developer support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with close attention to detail.
