About the role

  • Lead and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Translate strategic directives into operational execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and analyze KPI dashboards to identify performance bottlenecks and priorities.
  • Drive process optimizations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure service delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Own operational risks and opportunities, including financial performance.
  • Support onboarding of new team members through documentation.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in IT service management, operations, or project management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, service delivery frameworks, and project governance.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow, Automic UC4, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Fluent in business English and German (written and spoken).
  • Experience managing client relationships and implementing transformation initiatives.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, PSM, or ITIL are a plus.
  • High willingness to learn, proactive mindset, and ability to succeed in a dynamic environment.
