About the role
- Lead and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
- Translate strategic directives into operational execution across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and analyze KPI dashboards to identify performance bottlenecks and priorities.
- Drive process optimizations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure service delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
- Own operational risks and opportunities, including financial performance.
- Support onboarding of new team members through documentation.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in IT service management, operations, or project management roles.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, service delivery frameworks, and project governance.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow, Automic UC4, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Fluent in business English and German (written and spoken).
- Experience managing client relationships and implementing transformation initiatives.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, PSM, or ITIL are a plus.
- High willingness to learn, proactive mindset, and ability to succeed in a dynamic environment.
