About the role
- Work in an interdisciplinary team of experts as an (Associate) Consultant on projects for leading companies in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
- Advise and coach automotive and manufacturing clients on digital transformation, e.g., in the context of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Transform processes, methods, and tools and shape them collaboratively.
- Actively support social selling to help achieve growth targets.
- Deepen your engagement in various subject areas and develop and expand your own portfolio and network.
Requirements
- A (soon-to-be) above-average university degree, e.g., in Business Administration/Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or Computer Science.
- Practical experience in the automotive industry or related sectors, preferably in consulting.
- Enthusiasm for automotive & manufacturing, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), technologies, and innovation topics.
- Ability to reflect on complex issues from multiple perspectives and to contribute creative, new solution approaches in discussions.
- Hands-on mentality and a focus on finding sustainable solutions for clients.
- Fluent in German and English.
