About the role

  • Take a leading role in the digital transformation of our clients in the mobility sector.
  • Lead complex, strategically relevant (large-scale) projects for renowned clients in both the public and private sectors.
  • Develop and deliver holistic mobility strategies — from the initial vision through to sustainable implementation.
  • Drive the advancement of key topics such as Customer Experience, customer management and digital business models in the mobility industry.
  • Conduct active business development and develop and market our forward-looking consulting services.
  • Act as a sparring partner at top-management level.

Requirements

  • Many years of solid professional experience in management consulting and/or in a leadership role within the mobility or transport industry.
  • Familiar with industry-specific challenges and developments in the mobility sector (e.g., rail, public transport operators, carsharing, micromobility).
  • Proven experience leading complex projects and managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of process modeling and digitalization.
  • Strong professional communication skills in German and English.
  • University degree.
