About the role

  • Support the digital transformation of our transport and logistics clients and collaborate with leading clients in the public and private sectors.
  • Lead challenging projects in transport and/or warehouse logistics and oversee innovative digitalization strategies from concept to implementation.
  • Advise and support our clients in the development and implementation of advanced solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize logistics processes, from procurement to distribution.
  • Drive business development and market our forward-looking consulting services to position Wavestone as a market leader.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in the logistics and transportation industry, preferably including passenger or freight rail, and experience in consulting.
  • Experience leading projects and solid knowledge in process modeling and digitalization.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative and digital solutions (e.g., AI in logistics processes).
  • Professional presence and persuasive communication skills in German and English.
  • Successfully completed university degree.
  • Willingness to travel.
