About the role

  • Shape the digital transformation in the insurance industry.
  • Advise clients on the design and implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Act as the interface between IT and the business units.
  • Take on coordination and communication between departments.
  • Analyze existing insurance processes and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop tailored solutions to increase process efficiency.
  • Design and lead projects in areas such as digitization and automation of sales processes.
  • Take responsibility for project management and serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience from a management consultancy or several years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in executing or leading business and technical projects—preferably in an insurance context.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative insurance sales solutions and expertise in digitization and omnichannel strategies.
  • Strong understanding of IT and insurance processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • University degree.
