About the role

  • Advising companies on optimizing their finance processes and IT systems
  • Leading (sub-)projects as part of S/4HANA transformations
  • Managing the entire project lifecycle: from current-state analysis through roadmap development to rollout
  • Actively contributing to the development of team strategy and portfolio
  • Supporting the positioning of consulting services and identifying opportunities
  • Taking leadership responsibility in projects and providing professional coaching to colleagues

Requirements

  • Consulting experience (in-house or external) in SAP implementation or redesign projects in finance and accounting
  • Strong system knowledge of FI (preferably also CO) modules
  • Understanding of value flows in finance and accounting
  • Proactive, self-initiating personality
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects
  • Business-fluent German and very good English
  • Willingness to travel to client sites
