About the role
- Get acquainted with the processes of a key account and ensure smooth execution of the customer care process
- Maintain and expand the existing customer network through intensive relationship management
- Analyze and address customer requirements; act as the central interface between customers, IT specialists, internal teams and partner companies
- Support participation in customer tenders and prepare proposals
- Organize and conduct customer meetings, document meeting minutes, and ensure compliance with customer specifications
Requirements
- Experience in the energy industry
- Degree and practical experience in sales
- Experience from a consultancy environment preferred
- Structured, process-oriented way of working
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience managing larger accounts
- Solution-oriented and quality-conscious work style
- Reliability and enthusiasm for networking
- Negotiation-level German and good English skills
