About the role

  • Get acquainted with the processes of a key account and ensure smooth execution of the customer care process
  • Maintain and expand the existing customer network through intensive relationship management
  • Analyze and address customer requirements; act as the central interface between customers, IT specialists, internal teams and partner companies
  • Support participation in customer tenders and prepare proposals
  • Organize and conduct customer meetings, document meeting minutes, and ensure compliance with customer specifications

Requirements

  • Experience in the energy industry
  • Degree and practical experience in sales
  • Experience from a consultancy environment preferred
  • Structured, process-oriented way of working
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience managing larger accounts
  • Solution-oriented and quality-conscious work style
  • Reliability and enthusiasm for networking
  • Negotiation-level German and good English skills
