About the role

  • Responsible for the entrepreneurial and strategic development of the Banking division and its assigned employees.
  • Identify market trends and translate them into successful thematic developments and sales activities.
  • Inspire people and build successful consulting teams, as well as lead and develop employees.
  • Provide impetus for the ongoing development of the consulting portfolio and, together with consulting teams, develop innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to long-term strategy development and annual revenue planning.

Requirements

  • Many years of consulting experience with banks or in the financial services sector.
  • More than 10 years' experience in management and IT consulting for banking, and ideally experience in pre-sales/sales for banking.
  • Experience in the banking market and familiarity with key pain points.
  • Preparation of proposals for complex services for banks and financial services providers.
  • Confident communication in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel and to network within the company and on client sites.
