About the role
- Take a leading role in the digital transformation of our clients within the mobility sector
- Independently shape the future of a sustainable and intelligent mobility transition
- Take responsibility for managing complex, strategically relevant (large-scale) projects for renowned clients in the public and private sectors
- Develop and implement holistic mobility strategies – from the initial vision through sustainable implementation
- Drive the further development of key topics such as Customer Experience, customer management, and digital business models in the mobility industry
- Actively pursue business development and create and market forward-looking consulting services
- Serve as a sparring partner at top-management level and develop tailored, future-oriented solutions
- Analyze and structure business requirements and identify optimization potentials
Requirements
- Several years of solid professional experience in management consulting or in a leadership role within the mobility or transport industry
- Familiar with industry-specific challenges and developments in the mobility environment — for example in rail, public transport operators, carsharing, micromobility, mobility platforms, or in public institutions and authorities
- Proven experience in leading complex projects and managing diverse stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of process modeling and digitalization
- Ability to not only analyze processes but also develop them in a future-oriented way
- Passionate about innovative, digital mobility solutions
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills in German and English
- Successfully completed university degree
