- Lead projects as the subject-matter lead for insurance clients

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting
- Industry focus on insurance, ideally with experience as an in-house consultant
- Cross-functional expertise in Insurance Operations
- Strong understanding of Customer Excellence
- Solid knowledge of project management and digitization of business processes
- Proven leadership skills within a values-driven project culture
