About the role

  • Drive the expansion, digitalization and resilience of civil transportation infrastructure — rail, road and public transport (ÖPNV).
  • Shape safe, high-performance networks for tomorrow as a (Senior) Consultant in Transport Infrastructure and Mobility.
  • Support operators and public clients in transport infrastructure on expansion, renewal and digitalization programs.
  • Lead (sub)projects end-to-end — from requirements and stakeholder management through schedule/cost/risk control to go‑live and impact measurement.
  • Support procurement processes, as well as planning and approval steps (including plan approval procedures/Planfeststellung).
  • Establish PMO structures, reporting and quality gates for multi-project setups.
  • Develop the consulting offering for civil critical transportation infrastructures.

Requirements

  • Experience in civil transport infrastructure (rail infrastructure, road construction, public transport).
  • Proven project track record with demonstrable successes in projects, (sub)project control/management, Product Owner (PO) or PMO roles.
  • Knowledge of mobile and radio communication technologies (e.g., railway radio/Bahnfunk, public safety radio/BOS‑Funk, WLAN) is desirable.
  • Innovative and implementation-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Completed degree (e.g., civil/transport/industrial engineering, computer science, business/natural sciences) or equivalent qualification.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region and to work hybrid and independently.
