About the role
- Manage and support strategic and subject-matter conceptual projects with a focus on customer centricity.
- Develop and implement service excellence strategies—particularly in contact centers, customer excellence and CRM tools.
- Work closely with clients in the insurance sector to design future-proof service processes.
- Analyze requirements across marketing, sales and service and develop innovative, tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough business analyses, identify optimization potential and produce concrete, actionable recommendations.
- Design customer-specific omnichannel strategies and leverage modern technologies to improve efficiency and customer experiences.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in a consulting firm or as an in-house consultant at a financial services provider.
- Experience leading and delivering strategic, organizational, functional or technical projects—preferably in the insurance context.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Enthusiasm for innovative topics such as customer experience, digital lead management and customer management tools.
- University degree.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent German and English.
