About the role
- You actively shape the digital transformation in the insurance industry by advising our insurance clients on the design and implementation of innovative insurance sales solutions, such as omnichannel strategies, digital customer journeys, sales applications, or sales compensation systems.
- You act as the interface between IT and the business, coordinating and communicating between areas and ensuring that technical solutions meet business requirements.
- You analyze existing insurance processes, identify optimization potential and develop tailored solutions to increase process efficiency.
- You design and lead projects in areas such as: digitization and automation of sales processes, technical implementation and relaunches of sales applications, and establishment of new compensation models and commission systems.
- You take on responsibility in project leadership, plan project initiatives and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on the client side.
Requirements
- You bring relevant professional experience from a management consultancy or several years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally in sales-oriented areas focusing on: sales applications, insurance processes, compensation models and commission systems.
- You have experience implementing or even leading business and technical projects—preferably in the insurance context.
- You are passionate about innovative solutions in insurance sales and bring expertise in topics such as digitalization and omnichannel strategies.
- You demonstrate a strong understanding of IT and insurance processes.
- You stand out through excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
- You speak fluent German and English and hold a university degree.
