About the role
- Support project management with delivery, pre-configuration of components, and technical advice for installers
- Support the procurement process and manage stock processes
- Fault diagnosis and correction during commissioning
- Liaison with R&D for new developments
- Understand and compose electrical drawings for commissioning and after-sales activities
- Communicate effectively with project managers and installers
- Oversee installation and commissioning of systems
- Diagnose and correct errors in electrical installations
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with electrical and supervisory circuitry
- Familiarity with electrical regulations, best practices, and standard components
- Familiarity with IT and communication network systems
- An analytical mind with strong problem-solving ability
- Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to travel and work independently, collaborating with remote colleagues
- Full UK driving licence
- Level 3 Award in the Requirements for the Electrical installations BS 7671:2018 (18th edition) would be advantageous
