About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Is an effective salesperson and account manager who works closely with existing customers to develop specific growth plans and targets.
- Can successfully build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities that support the overall growth strategy of the company.
- Skilled at establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Is comfortable being on the road in customer facing capacity >75% of the time.
- Is comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and creating new opportunities.
- Conducts business with absolute integrity.
- Develops and Implements sales plans that deliver at or above established goals.
- Communicates frequently with manager and internal stakeholders.
- Can professionally present business plans, pipeline status, sales data, and strategy relevant to the role.
- Is talented, ambitious, and interested in joining a strong company with career development opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent industry experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in sales and account management
- Water Treatment Industry, Water Systems, or Plumbing Industry experience preferred.
- Proven track record of sales achievement and account management
- Strong technical background and/or aptitude
- Must be a motivated self-starter
- Strong organizational skills and ability to successfully prioritize activities
- Must possess excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
