About the role

Serve as the technical bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams; design, implement, and support solutions that bring business impact.
Work closely with customers to understand requirements and design technical solutions using Astra - Wati’s AI Agent platform.
Build, customize, and integrate APIs, microservices, and automation workflows.
Collaborate with product managers to translate customer needs into product improvements.
Deliver product demos, POCs, and technical workshops to enterprise clients.
Debug and resolve technical issues in production environments.
Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and internal tooling.
Code and collaborate directly with customers to shape product direction.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or backend development.
Strong coding ability in JavaScript, Python, or Go (bonus: hands-on with APIs/SDKs).
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, integrations, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to balance product usability and technical feasibility.
Bonus: Prior experience in customer-facing engineering roles (Solutions Engineer, Pre-sales, or Technical Consultant).
Bonus: AI agent experiences.
Bonus: Experience with messaging platforms, CRM, or CPaaS products.
