About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Store Design and Visual Merchandising team by documenting showroom vignettes and display concepts across all Waterworks categories
Create CAD elevations and product schedules for new projects under the direction of the Store Design team
Organize and maintain accurate documentation of showroom products, including floor plans, elevations and product schedules
Verify execution of design initiatives and maintain a comprehensive photo library of installations
Partner with the Construction team to develop scopes of work for product additions and removals in showrooms
Enter and update product orders as needed to support Construction
Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify signage needs and review files for accuracy prior to production
Manage incoming display and workflow requests from showrooms
Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a design environment
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; ability to learn company-specific software
Experience with luxury products or brands preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and participation in design discussions
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
Periodic travel up to 10%, primarily within the NY Metro area and Distribution Center
Portfolio required
