About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Store Design and Visual Merchandising team by documenting showroom vignettes and display concepts across all Waterworks categories
  • Create CAD elevations and product schedules for new projects under the direction of the Store Design team
  • Organize and maintain accurate documentation of showroom products, including floor plans, elevations and product schedules
  • Verify execution of design initiatives and maintain a comprehensive photo library of installations
  • Partner with the Construction team to develop scopes of work for product additions and removals in showrooms
  • Enter and update product orders as needed to support Construction
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify signage needs and review files for accuracy prior to production
  • Manage incoming display and workflow requests from showrooms
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a design environment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; ability to learn company-specific software
  • Experience with luxury products or brands preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and participation in design discussions
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Periodic travel up to 10%, primarily within the NY Metro area and Distribution Center
  • Portfolio required
