Key responsibilities & impact

Build new products and features for Watershed’s biggest customers and most complex use cases
Work across our full stack, with an emphasis on back-end systems and data models
Partner with Product Management and Design to understand user workflows and needs and translate them into technical solutions
Partner with AI engineers and climate scientists to build ergonomic and trustworthy agentic workflows
Lead by example by writing performant, well-crafted, extensible, and maintainable code

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of software engineering industry experience across both front-end and back-end, with an emphasis on back-end
A track record of ownership and high-impact projects
Experience building early-stage products
Experience with, or interest in, building AI-powered and data-centric products
