About the role
- Support our G&A and Customer teams (finance, legal, people, customer success, etc.) through the next few months of a hiring push
- Focus on cultivating strong partnerships across several leaders to find, attract, and retain the very best talent
- Help drive alignment and talent strategy with leaders and stakeholders across the business
- Ensure we continue building the foundational teams that allow Watershed to succeed
- Embed yourself with teams as a strong consultative recruiter holding the candidate experience sacred
- Conduct stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and project-based work to scale the talent function
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Have successfully recruited and hired for teams with a focus on the following areas: finance, legal, people, customer success
- Are able to ramp quickly on new roles
- Have great selling and closing skills
- Are an excellent verbal and written communicator
- Are organized, systematic, and efficient. You thrive in a high-volume environment and never sacrifice the candidate experience
- Are passionate about solving climate change and excited to contribute to doing so at a fast paced startup
- Have experience working at fast growing companies and are comfortable with ambiguity
Benefits
