Key responsibilities & impact

Perform Epic application system analysis and design, including requirements, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation of systems
Provide Epic application support, troubleshooting, training, and reporting activities
Serve as a liaison between employer groups, clients, and vendors
Conduct advanced analysis of Epic application design and planning implementations
Mentor teammates in issue resolution and provide updates
Manage assigned projects and ensure deadlines are met
Conduct requirements gathering for Epic projects and requests
Develop reference materials for supported applications and technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business or equivalent experience
8 years of related Epic Home Health Hospice experience
EpicCare Home Health certification
