About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the global B2B business development strategy in line with company objectives and regional market requirements.
- Identify and prioritize new markets, verticals, and revenue streams.
- Develop and implement vertical-specific go-to-market, distribution, and pricing strategies.
- Own the P&L for globally managed markets and provide strategic steering for regional markets.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and alliances that strengthen market presence and revenue potential.
- Define and lead the global B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and expansion targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the global B2B and business development team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in defining and executing global B2B and business development strategies across multiple markets and regions.
- Proven experience owning P&L responsibility and driving revenue growth, profitability, and cost discipline.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record in complex negotiations and strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience leading global B2B or sales organizations with clear KPI and forecasting ownership.
- Highly data-driven, translating market dynamics and customer insights into measurable business impact.
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams, including coaching and succession planning.
- Collaborative leader, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement, with a focus on sustainable and profitable growth.
