About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive waterdrop®'s AI strategy from the ground up.
Own the identification, evaluation, and rollout of AI tools and automation solutions across the organization.
Research, test, and evaluate the latest AI productivity tools and maintain a structured overview of what's relevant for waterdrop®.
Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap of AI initiatives based on business impact and strategic fit.
Design and deliver training programs to upskill teams and act as the go-to person for AI across the organization.
Drive adoption through hands-on coaching, workshops, and stakeholder communication.
Own AI and automation projects end-to-end, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
Design and build workflows and automations using tools like Airtable, Make.com and internal APIs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g. Claude, OpenAI, Make.com, Airtable, Zapier, or similar)
Rolled out (AI-assisted) automation flows across different domains and departments successfully
Strong project management and structured thinking skills
Able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders with ease
Entrepreneurial, execution-focused, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Genuine passion for AI and emerging technology
