About the role
- Provide project management support for the execution of the brand-level annual content calendar and fundraising campaigns and promotions across all related tactics and channels
- Manage process documentation and key resources like content libraries to create relevant content resources for internal and external use
- Support key elements of reporting
- Execute ongoing, quarterly and annual updates to communication resources
- Project manage the internal team in its core function to serve as the central brand and creative resource for the organization
- Serve as a content administrator for the website
- Lead campaign-related website tactics
- Provide project management support for website projects as part of the annual website strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent related working experience in marketing, communications and/or fundraising
- Four years or more of relevant agency experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite applications like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Proficiency (written and verbal) in English
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive project management skills, including knowing the effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Reliable team member with a strong ability to ensure accuracy and follow-through
- There is no travel required for this position.
