Client Services Representative

• Oversee the successful delivery of agency projects, from brief to execution, ensuring client deliverables and project milestones are delivered on-time, on-budget and of a quality expected by Wasserman and its clients
• Provide strategic leadership of accounts and own and nurture key client relationships
• Manage a large team of 5 – 15 reports, developing and overseeing career paths, while mentoring mid-level to coach junior team members
• Develop and present strategic and innovative work that demonstrates critical thinking and creative solutions
• Manage a large account team or several small accounts, maintain constant understanding across projects and teams and ensure quality and consistency in delivery
• Resource entire teams, understand variances in skillsets and maximize resources while reducing burnout
• Lead account/project conversations, guide direction, determine applicable next steps and navigate challenges/pitfalls in real time
• Continuously streamline processes and procedures to make the team work smarter and more efficient
• Serve as subject matter expert for programs, templates and working documents related to successful management and delivery of accounts/projects
• Review work, identify gaps or omissions, provide timely and actionable feedback and ensure work is delivered on time and without issue
• Lead collaboration with all relevant Wasserman department teams to ensure flawless project delivery against the client’s objectives and agreed upon budget
• Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets of $4M+, and independently draft agency fees
• Understand the landscape for each client’s business/sector and participate in conversations about any aspect of their business
• Create a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment that aligns with Wasserman company culture and values
• Play a leadership role during internal and external conversations, manage complex challenges and craft multiple scenarios/outcomes
• Deliver difficult news and manage client conflict with little-to-no oversight
• Focus on business development and new revenue opportunities with existing and potential clients
