Senior Manager, Client Services
WassermanSenior Manager overseeing client services within THE·TEAM, delivering successful signage and branding projects in the sports and entertainment industries. Collaborating closely with clients and overseeing project delivery across diverse events.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Role management of client accounts and events
- Project planning and operational delivery of extensive signage and branding projects
- Client management, budgeting, feasibility reviews and implementation
- On-site crew management and stakeholder liaison
- Creation of project and signage programs, budgets and project documentation
- Clear and timely internal communications with studio, production and logistics teams
- Management of program deadlines with clients
- Understand and manage client's objectives, priorities and expectations
- Line management and direction to other team members
- Promote best practice in Health and Safety across projects
- Ensure contract terms are understood and met
- Build strong relationships, providing strategic advice to clients
- Senior oversight and day-to-day budget control
- Proactively drive and champion sustainability policy innovation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong project management experience across operational planning and delivery, to challenging timeframes
- Collaborative and clear approach to commercial development and communication
- Strong in relationship management and diplomacy
- Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously, prioritising and delegating where required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet, evaluate risks and take decisions to resolve issues
- Confident taking the financial lead on projects and client accounts
- Promoting collaboration and cooperation across our business
- Comfortable working with and managing groups of cross-functional teams
- Desire to work in an environment where co-workers challenge each other's thinking
- Entrepreneurial, analytical, strategic and creatively inquisitive
- Must possess a strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude at all times, coupled with an enthusiasm to succeed and an approachable attitude
