About the role
- Overseeing the successful delivery of various aspects of agency projects
- Ensure that all project relevant resources including operations and logistics are allocated and delivered on-time, on-budget
- Support in the strategic development of activation concepts
- Work collaboratively with all Wasserman account teams
- Manage vendor relationships with multiple project executional vendor partnerships
- Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets of $1MM+
- Responsible for building and maintaining effective client relationships
- Manage the working team across a client account
- Contribute to business development efforts for new revenue opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- 6 – 8 years relevant / increasing operations experience (preferably in the experiential, sports or entertainment field)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, work on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the experiential landscape
- Confidence to present and communicate with senior clients
- Comfortable working as an integral part of a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and mentor junior staff
- Continuously demonstrates solution-oriented mentality
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to travel onsite for activations and programs
- Agency experience preferred
