Video Editor

• Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, graphic designers, and digital publishers in pre-production process.
• Serve as the lead video producer and editor managing projects through the full post-production lifecycle.
• Lead on-location shoots and manage technical aspects of video production.
• Manage multiple video projects utilizing project management systems to track tasks and deadlines.
• Maintain proactive communication with CDE team and leadership for project updates and concerns.

• Support the implementation and day to day operations of the University’s policy management framework.
• Develop and maintain the project implementation plan for the policy management system rollout.
• Assist with implementation of the University’s policy management tool, including system configuration support, user coordination, testing, and documentation.
• Track implementation milestones, risks, and dependencies related to the policy management system rollout and ongoing management.
• Serve as a liaison between the Chancellor’s office and policy owners, governance committees, IT partners, and system vendors.
• Coordinate policy development, revision, and review workflows.
• Maintain standardized policy development tools, worksheets, and guidance materials.
• Support administration of the University’s policy governance framework.
