About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as support for all HR operations service center inquiries
  • Provide oversight, guidance and resolution for operational processes in ServiceNow
  • Interface with multiple levels of support to resolve tickets
  • Follow documentation and process improvements for functional support, emphasizing customer excellence and process improvement
  • Focus on ticket-resolution metrics for ongoing distribution and resolution status
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
  • 2 years of experience in a large, complex Human Resources/Payroll Service Center environment
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Word
  • Website Navigation
  • Must complete pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check and applicable additional checks
  • No specific certification/professional license required
  • Driver's license is not required
