About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and analyze database reports and data summaries, reviewing accuracy with staff
  • Collect, clean, validate, and manage data for Ryan White Federal Program reporting and grant applications
  • Apply data manipulation methods to Epic reports to collect medical and social services data
  • Prepare data for upload to the shared statewide data system and clean the data
  • Assess data systems for entry errors and missing data; perform data scrubbing and manual corrections
  • Use Python, SQL, and other data processing technologies to automate data collection, cleaning, integration, and analysis
  • Produce accurate datasets and analytical outputs for organizational reporting and data-driven decision-making
  • Collect, clean, and aggregate performance measures for quality improvement and specific programs
  • Collect and clean annual patient experience survey data
  • Provide cleaned data for progress reports, data reports, presentations, and funding-source requirements
  • Assist the Quality and Evaluation team with quality improvement collaborations, initiatives, and network-wide program evaluation
  • Assist with additional data projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
  • No specific work experience is required
  • Database maintenance skills
  • Microsoft Access proficiency
  • Microsoft Access database development
  • Ability to use Python, SQL, and other data processing technologies
  • No specific certification or professional license is required
  • Driver’s license is not required
  • Preferred: database reporting, grant applications, computer science, web development, website management, technical problem-solving, and detail-oriented work
  • External candidates receiving an offer must complete applicable pre-employment screening
