About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage creation and distribution of the monthly faculty call schedule
Work closely with the Clinical Director and Assistant Clinical Director
Manage reports for equal call distribution
Manage UKG scheduling software and providers’ access
Support the Division Administrator with day-to-day scheduling reporting
Support onboarding of new faculty, CRNAs, and staff
Support the clinical director and St. Louis Children’s Hospital perioperative medical director with schedules, appointments, lectures, and meetings
Help create and distribute daily schedules for operating room and non-operative sites
Recruit faculty and CRNAs during staffing shortages
Answer and appropriately route incoming calls to the Division of Pediatric Anesthesiology
Oversee mail delivery and pick-up duties and personnel
Share responsibility for ordering and delivering supplies and lab coats with appropriate fund allocation
Handle facility management, including coffee machine, water machine, paper, supplies, and division lunches

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent high school certification, or combination of education and/or experience
3 years of relevant experience
Computer literacy
Experience with financial applications
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft PowerPoint
Microsoft Word
Office equipment proficiency
Payroll systems experience
Supervision experience
Workday software experience
Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
No specific certification or professional license required
Driver’s license not required
