About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain documentation on procedures and processes
- Assist staff and clinicians with daily operations
- Work with billing and coding teams to improve practices
- Create processes to reduce and recover lost revenue
- Provide oversight and management of division work queues
- Handle special billing-related projects
- Advise on current system processes and enhancements
- Test and coordinate new processes prior to implementation

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant Experience (5 Years)
- Experience in medical billing and insurance preferred
- Working organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of Pain Medicine authorization, documentation, and billing processes
- Excellent command of system programs and applications
