Key responsibilities & impact

Managing all HIPAA incidents, privacy complaints, and reports of suspected inappropriate access to clinical applications.
Conducting thorough investigations including data gathering, analysis, interviews, and report writing.
Managing privacy monitoring program and ensuring timely assessment of incidents.
Serving as an expert on HIPAA regulations and advising workforce members on compliance.
Conducting on-site privacy monitoring and desk audits for compliance.
