About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of pediatric and adolescent sports injuries.
Promote Pediatric Sports Medicine practice.
Develop relationships with high school athletic trainers in St. Louis region.
Assist in coordinating outreach and education programs on pediatric sports injuries.
Assist Pediatric Sports Physician in the Operating Room.
Provide clinical care including diagnosis, preoperative education, surgery, postoperative follow-up, and rehabilitation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Athletic Trainers Certification (ATC) - National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA)
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
Basic Life Support - American Red Cross
Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date
No specific work experience is required for this position.
