About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the work of Medical Assistants in a clinical operation
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms
  • Obtain vital signs, conduct EKGs, complete phlebotomy, and verify medications
  • Assist with examinations, lab tests, and procedures
  • Direct patient flow and communication
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification or combination of education and/or experience
  • Registered or Certified Medical Assistant with three years of related work experience
  • Medical Assistant credentials from in-person proctored exams from specified certifying bodies
  • Ability to show proof of Medical Assistant certification/registration within a specified timeframe
  • Basic Life Support certification with skills assessment component
