About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides administrative support to the Vice Chair of Clinical Research, Department of Emergency Medicine Leadership, and Faculty within the Department Research Section
- Handles confidential or sensitive information; drafts and finalizes letters, email messages and other communications
- Manages Outlook calendar and schedules meetings
- Plans and coordinates meetings and events, including vendor negotiations
- Initiates, writes, creates and edits various communications
- Arranges domestic and foreign travel for faculty/guests
- Updates and maintains website for the EMERGE Summer Research Program
- Coordinates special projects as assigned by the Research Director and Faculty leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
- Administration and Office Support (5 Years)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Relevant Experience (2 Years) (preferred)
- Administrative Support, Computer Applications, Interact with All Levels of Management, Office Organization, Office Procedures, Teamwork, Working Independently (preferred)
