About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configuring, modifying, testing, and maintaining Epic & other Clinical applications
Building collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical department users, technology, and corporate departments
Providing second-tier support to end users for reliable application system availability and performance
Designing, verifying, documenting, amending, and refactoring complex software configurations
Developing and executing test plans and test cases
Investigating and resolving application-related issues
Prioritizing and diagnosing incidents and documenting resolutions
Participating in an after-hours on-call rotation

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent certification or combination of education and/or experience
Epic Certification - Epic Systems
Relevant experience (2 Years)
