About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides build support for Epic & other Clinical applications as it relates to change requests, maintenance and project business demands
- Responsible for configuring, documenting, testing, modifying, supporting and maintaining software applications
- Builds collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical department users, Technology, and other corporate departments...
- Assists in designing, verifying, documenting, amending and refactoring moderately complex software configurations for deployment
- Applies agreed standards and tools to achieve a well-engineered result
- Collaborates in reviews of work with others as appropriate
- Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications
- Follows agreed procedures to identify and resolve issues with applications
- Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics
- Carries out agreed applications maintenance tasks
- Assists with the design of test cases and test scripts, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording and reporting test outcomes
- Applies agreed standards to specify and perform manual and automated testing
- Assists in the evaluation of design options and prototypes to obtain user feedback
- Provides first line investigation and gathers information to enable incident resolution and allocate incidents
- May be part of an after-hours on-call rotation
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
