About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configuring, modifying, testing, and maintaining software applications.
Builds collaborative relationships with hospital leadership and clinical department users.
Second-tier support to end users to ensure reliable application system availability and performance.
Designs, verifies, documents, amends and refactors complex software configurations for deployment.
Participates in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work.
Investigates and resolves issues relating to applications.
Develops and executes test plans and test cases.
Selects appropriate tools and techniques to evaluate user experiences of systems, products, services or devices.
Documents and closes resolved incidents.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
Epic Certification - Epic Systems.
Relevant Experience (2 Years).
Skills: Application Configuration, Applications Support, Application Testing, Clinical Applications, Cross-Departmental Collaboration, End User Support, Epic EHR, IT Documentation, Relationship Building, Resolution Management, System Integrity.
