About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configuring, modifying, testing, and maintaining software applications.
- Builds collaborative relationships with hospital leadership and clinical department users.
- Second-tier support to end users to ensure reliable application system availability and performance.
- Designs, verifies, documents, amends and refactors complex software configurations for deployment.
- Participates in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work.
- Investigates and resolves issues relating to applications.
- Develops and executes test plans and test cases.
- Selects appropriate tools and techniques to evaluate user experiences of systems, products, services or devices.
- Documents and closes resolved incidents.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
- Epic Certification - Epic Systems.
- Relevant Experience (2 Years).
- Skills: Application Configuration, Applications Support, Application Testing, Clinical Applications, Cross-Departmental Collaboration, End User Support, Epic EHR, IT Documentation, Relationship Building, Resolution Management, System Integrity.
