About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs that support operational excellence, workforce capability, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions using advanced functionality in Zoom and Microsoft Teams, including troubleshooting.
  • Develop and manage training content within Workday Learning, including course creation, scheduling, registration, attendance tracking, and reporting.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness and inform continuous improvement strategies.
  • Create visually engaging training materials and communications using Canva, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop scaffolded and differentiated learning solutions.
  • Evaluate training outcomes through assessments and feedback, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Coordinate logistics, including training schedules and room reservations (e.g., Archibus).
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while building strong relationships across teams and departments.
  • Support strategic workforce development initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
  • Curriculum/Content Development And Workshop Facilitation With Developing Content (3 Years).
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Learning or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to differentiate and scaffold learning content.
  • Familiarity with technical training environments within operations, facilities, or similar industries.
  • Experience with Canva for creating visual training materials.
  • Professional Outcomes Assessment/Evaluation (3 Years).
