About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze organization processes and convert business workflows for launch and ongoing use of the CRM Platform
Serve as the technical expert to all departments and areas to customize and improve the SF Marketing Cloud System
Formulate and execute strategies for email outreach, lead nurturing programs, and campaign management
Partner with internal marketing team and clients to create actionable plans aligning business objectives with technical solutions
Build, test, report and monitor journeys within Marketing Cloud for both B2B and B2C audiences

Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
