About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Greets and provides accurate information while meeting customers' needs.
  • Receives, records, and distributes verbal and written work orders from departments to service crews.
  • Coordinates with other facilities units to ensure the follow-up and completion of assigned work orders.
  • Provides customer service to walk-up customers, by phone, and for online work order submittal.
  • Maintains call quality by providing customers with accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Handles issues with University parking permits.
  • Provides data entry within multiple databases and systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
  • Relevant Experience (1 Year) required.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • No specific certification/professional license required.
  • A driver's license is not required for this position.
