About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Greets and provides accurate information while meeting customers' needs.
Receives, records, and distributes verbal and written work orders from departments to service crews.
Coordinates with other facilities units to ensure the follow-up and completion of assigned work orders.
Provides customer service to walk-up customers, by phone, and for online work order submittal.
Maintains call quality by providing customers with accurate information in a timely manner.
Handles issues with University parking permits.
Provides data entry within multiple databases and systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
Relevant Experience (1 Year) required.
Customer Service skills.
No specific certification/professional license required.
A driver's license is not required for this position.
